| Educational Qualification | Bachelor Degree (Science/ Arts/ Commerce) from a recognised university with expertise in computer, typing in English & Assamese. |
3. Library Assistant

| Educational Qualification | Bachelor Degree (Science/ Arts/ Commerce) from a recognised university with expertise in computer, typing in English & Assamese. |
| PRC | The candidate must have Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) and must have proficiency in local language. In service candidates must apply through proper channel. |
