Eligibility Criteria of SCERT Assam Recruitment
| Citizenship | Candidates must be Indian Citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India. |
| Age Limit | The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2024. |
| Age Relaxation | The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below. (i) SC: 5 years (ii) ST: 5 years (iii) OBC/ MOBC: 3 years (iv) PwBD: 10 years For more details please read the official notification/s. |

| Residentship | (i) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam. (ii) The candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose/ Employment Exchange Registration certificate as proof of residency along with the application form. |
| Small Family Norms | The candidates have to submit a declaration regarding “The small Family Norms” in Form-A at the time of applying for the post. |
