Last Date: 05/12/2023. DHE Combined Merit Scholarship: Scholarship.gov.in 2023 Assam for Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarship for SC, ST, and OBC students in Assam is now open. The last date for submitting online applications is December 5, 2023. In this article, we will go over the DHE Assam Scholarship 2023 scheme. The Assam state’s Other Backward Classes (OBC) Scholarship Scheme 2023-24 is now accepting online applications. How to Apply

(ii) Click on Online Application Form
(iii) Official online application portal will open.
(iv) First, register yourself with all required details.
(v) Next again Log in with your user id and password.
(vi) Enter your personal and educational details as well as upload all the required documents as mentioned below.
(vii) At the end, submit your application and take a print out of acknowledgement receipt
After final submission of online application form, take a printout and submit the hardcopy to the concerned Registrar/ Principal/ Head of the Institute along with the necessary copies of certificates/documents.
The committee constituted at the College or the University level, will compile and verify the application form and other relevant documents as per guidelines and instructions. After necessary verification the concerned Registrar/Principal/ Head of the Institutions will submit the valid online application form along with all relevant certificates/documents with statement to the O/o Directorate of Higher Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-781019 under their seal and signature on or before 7th December, 2023 positively.
